ABOUT VERANO; ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

What Verano Does Verano provides a virtual service where consumers can connect with lawfully operated cannabis collectives, cooperatives, and related delivery service providers (collectively, “Dispensaries”). Verano also provides dispensary services through its online and brick and mortar locations (“Dispensaries”). Neither Verano, nor any of its Websites or brick and mortar locations are medical providers and you acknowledge that Verano does not provide medical advice via the Website, its Services or otherwise.

Dispensaries and State or Provincial Law Verano offers a curated collection of cannabis products and smoking accessories. All products sold are intended for legal use only. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws regarding the use of cannabis products and smoking products and accessories. You may only place orders, make reservations, or request deliveries for goods or services at participating Dispensaries. You must use the Services, including the manner in which you order, reserve, request delivery, pick up and pay for products, in compliance with the laws and regulations of the state or province in which you access the Services and all applicable federal laws, excepting only (if you are located in the United States) for federal laws and regulations related to marijuana (“Applicable Laws”). Depending on your location, payment for any goods or services may be made in-person at a Dispensary or authorized delivery location upon presenting your valid, government-issued identification, medical marijuana registration card, doctor’s recommendation, or such combination of the preceding documents or additional documents as may be required by Applicable Laws or the Dispensary. You agree and acknowledge that the features of the Website and Services may vary depending upon the state or province in which you access the Website and Services. For example, you may be able to request delivery of products in certain states or provinces, but not others.

Federal Law Verano makes no representation regarding the legality of the cultivation, manufacture, distribution and possession of marijuana, assisting with or conspiring to do the same, or any such activities by or through the Services under United States federal law. You are responsible for any civil, criminal, or administrative investigations, proceedings or penalties that may result from Your use of the Services. Verano expressly disclaims any such liability or responsibility.

Product Descriptions Verano attempts to be as accurate as reasonably possible in product descriptions for products available through the Website and Services. You acknowledge and agree that the products and product amounts may differ by batch and that product amounts may display as a range of amounts. Amounts on the Website include, without limitation, the level (by weight, mass, volume, or percentage) of THC, CBD, other cannabinoids, and terpenes in a product, the total weight, mass, or volume of a product, the size, number of individual items, or services, in a product, and any other unit of measurement related to a product./p> 

Product Images Verano attempts to be as accurate as reasonably possible in providing product images for products available through the Services. Verano does not warrant that the product images provided through the Services accurately reflect the product and product packaging available for purchase. You acknowledge and agree that the products and product packaging purchased through the Services may differ in appearance from the actual products.

Pricing and Availability Price for our products are Subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We are not liable for price changes or the unavailability of any product.

Orders and Payment By placing and Order on our Website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or errors in product or pricing information.
Orders placed through the Website constitute a request to reserve products and do not guarantee availability until the order is confirmed and fulfilled by the applicable Dispensary.
Payment for cannabis products must be completed in person at the point of sale or at the time of lawful delivery, in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Accepted payment methods may vary by location and may include cash, PIN-based debit transactions, ACH-based payment solutions (such as CanPay or AeroPay), and approved digital wallet solutions. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for cannabis purchases.

Shipping and Delivery Verano does not ship cannabis products. Orders placed through the Website or Services may be fulfilled in person at a Verano-operated or affiliated Dispensary or, where permitted by applicable state and local law, via lawful local delivery.
Delivery availability, service areas, and fulfillment options vary by location and are subject to product availability, identity and age verification, and applicable legal requirements. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on order volume, operational constraints, and local regulatory conditions.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to fulfill your order. Verano is not responsible for delays or inability to complete fulfillment resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information, failure to meet legal eligibility requirements, or other compliance-related limitations.

First-Time Purchase Discount You are entitled to receive a discount on your first-time purchase with Verano (the “First-Time Purchase Discount”), which you may select as an option upon making your first-time purchase through the Services to receive the First-Time Purchase Discount. If Verano determines that you have created more than one Account or taken any other action in an effort to receive the First-Time Purchase Discount for a purchase made after your first-time purchase, Verano reserves the right to deny you the First-Time Purchase Discount (intended only for first-time purchases) for any such purchases made by you after your first-time purchase, as determined in Verano’s sole discretion.

Returns and Refunds Due to the nature of cannabis products and applicable state and local regulations, all cannabis sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not permitted based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with effects, or change of mind.
In limited circumstances, defective or damaged products may be eligible for review, replacement, or dispensary credit, at Verano’s sole discretion, and only in accordance with Applicable Laws and the policies of the dispensing location. Eligibility requirements, documentation, timelines, and resolution options may vary by state and by dispensary.
To request review of a potentially defective product, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, present original packaging and product identifiers, submit photographs or video documenting the issue, and contact the applicable dispensary or customer care team within the timeframe specified by that location’s policy.
Dispensary credits, replacements, or other remedies are not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis in compliance with regulatory requirements.
This Returns and Refunds section applies only to cannabis products. Non-cannabis merchandise or accessories may be subject to separate return policies, where permitted by law.
